Several ways to reach the team
You can contact Pulsepswift by phone, WhatsApp, or email — whichever feels most natural to you. If you call during opening hours and we're with another customer, we'll call you back within the hour. For non-urgent enquiries, email works well and we respond within one business day. If you prefer face-to-face, our walk-in point on Lamu Road is open Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. There's usually someone available immediately, but booking ahead guarantees you dedicated time with no waiting. We close on Sundays so the family team can rest and recharge — we hope you understand.

09:00 to 14:00. Our busiest morning of the week — booking ahead is strongly recommended if you need a dedicated appointment slot.
Sunday
Closed. We're with family. For anything urgent, send an email and we'll pick it up first thing Monday morning.
